How to Check Your Application Status

Once you've submitted your CM Punjab E-Bike Scheme application, here's how to check where it stands — and what to do if it hasn't moved in a while.

Checking online

  1. Go to the official portal

Visit bikes.punjab.gov.pk — the only genuine portal for the student scheme.

  2. Sign in

Log in with your CNIC number and the registered mobile number you applied with.

  3. Open your application

Your dashboard should show your current stage: submitted, under verification, ballot pending, selected, or not selected.

  4. Watch for SMS updates

Every status change is also pushed to you by SMS on your registered number, so keep it switched on and don't change your SIM during the process.

What the status stages generally mean

StatusWhat it means
SubmittedYour application was received; verification hasn't started yet.
Under verificationThe Bank of Punjab is checking your documents against the details you entered.
Ballot pendingVerified and waiting for the computerised random ballot, since demand exceeds the bikes available.
SelectedYou've been chosen; you'll be asked to visit your assigned branch or dealer to complete financing.
Not selectedYou weren't picked in this round's ballot; you can generally reapply in a later phase.

If your status hasn't moved for an unusually long time, call the Bank of Punjab helpline at 042-111-333-267 with your application ID ready. Never trust a third-party website or social media page claiming to "speed up" or check your status for a fee — that's a scam.
